A True Saab Story...

Hello, My name is John and I bring you the start of a preservation project of saving what soon will be a classic car. This 1995 Saab 900 SE is not in the shape I am making it out to be, at least not cosmetically, but the mechanic's is another story. The electrical seems to be all out of order, engine knocking, and loose, or worn serpentine belt. These seem to be easy fixes for a common car, but not only being a Saab, but being a 20 year old Saab makes the parts and labor cost that much more! I need to get the vital mechanical flaws worked out, then the cosmetic work treated, followed by those little custom features that truly make this 900 a one of a kind car. I had done some searching and seen based on a national search from the location of my zip code, there were only 5 other ones for sale that are the exact same year and model, that got me thinking, these are the only ones available on the market, the rest are either owned by Saab fans and pizza boys alike, or destroyed from the cash-4-clunkers car allowance rebate system that ultimately destroyed the used car and aftermarket industry that year. This is one rare car in the lineup of Saab's available in America, this model year and I insist on keeping it on the road, and time making it "classic car" worthy in the next few years.
